When you submit music, comments, or other content to HipHopYo!, you represent that:

- The content does not violate any third-party rights
- The content is not defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- You grant us a license to use, display, and promote the content
Music Rights and Licensing
Artists submitting music must have proper rights and licenses for their content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights.
